Inside The Duo
The Duo adds two complete two-bedroom, two-bath homes on one upper level, floating over open carports, so the new units don't take away existing parking. Each home also gets a study and its own end balcony with a private stair. For an existing multifamily property, it's one of the more efficient ways to use the detached-ADU allowance California's current multifamily rules provide.

We build The Duo using panelized light-gauge steel walls engineered by our sister company, LyteMods, then managed start to finish by our own crews, on your foundation, on your lot. Non-combustible, dimensionally precise, and inspected at every stage.
